Request generator

The dive-request form prepares a formatted message entirely in your browser. The website does not submit, upload, or store the information entered into the form. Nothing is sent until you use your own email application to send the prepared request.

Email inquiries

If you email Rusty Chain Dive Services, the information you send is handled by your email provider and the business mailbox provider. Inquiry information is used to evaluate the request, communicate with you, plan potential work, and maintain necessary business records. Information is not sold.

Photos and attachments

Attach photographs directly in your own email application. Do not share images you lack authority to provide. Customer images will not be published as project documentation without separate permission.

Retention and access

Inquiry emails and attachments should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate or perform work and meet legitimate recordkeeping obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information, contact inbox@rustychaindiveservice.net. Legal or operational obligations may require retaining some records.

Sensitive information

Do not include financial account information, government identification numbers, medical records, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
